At WIERD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. If a course doesn't meet your expectations, we're here to help.

7-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all course purchases, subject to the following conditions:

  • The refund request must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date
  • You must not have completed more than 10% of the course content
  • The course must not have been purchased during a promotional period with explicit "no refund" terms

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Go to your Dashboard
  2. Navigate to "My Courses"
  3. Find the course you want to refund
  4. Click "Request Refund"

Alternatively, you can email us at support@weirdhub.world with your order number.

Refund Processing

  • Refund requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Courses where more than 10% of the content has been accessed
  • Courses purchased more than 7 days ago
  • Free courses
  • Bundle purchases (individual courses within a bundle cannot be refunded)

Abuse Prevention

To ensure fairness for all users and instructors, we monitor refund patterns. Excessive refund requests may result in account review or suspension.
